2023 Spiritual Retreats
Are you ready for a retreat? Personal transformation? Healing? Guidance and direction? In 2023 we will gather together again in sacred sites for our annual retreats in the Caribbean, Mt Shasta, and Asheville.
Nana has been hosting retreats to these sacred sites for 19 years. She is a knowledgeable guide for the inner and outer terrains.
These retreats are kept to a small number of participants so that we can delve deep and have plenty of time for sharing. The retreats book fast so reserve your space early. Max number of participants is 8 people per retreat.
Mt Shasta and The Redwood Forest

Slowing to a peaceful pace of grace, you will marvel at the majesty of the tallest trees in the world as you walk among nature’s giants in an earthen cathedral.
You can’t help but to step into deep Presence and reverence as you stand in the midsts of such magnificent beauty. The quiet still sanctuary of the forest will lead to the ever-expanding exalting mountain peak of Mt Shasta where Heaven and Earth truly meet and set your Spirit free.
